Small sex doll manufacturers

Buyers should prioritize Medical-Grade TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) or Platinum-Cured Silicone. TPE is more cost-effective and offers a lifelike skin texture, while Silicone is non-porous, easier to sanitize, and heat-resistant. Ensure the internal skeleton is made of stainless steel with reinforced joints to prevent 'bone' protrusion after repeated posing.

It is critical to verify that products are Phthalate-free and comply with REACH (EU) or ASTM F963 (US) standards regarding heavy metals and chemical softeners. Since these items have prolonged skin contact, request Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and SGS certification reports to ensure no toxic off-gassing or skin irritation occurs.

Small dolls (typically 65cm to 125cm) offer a significant advantage in international shipping costs due to lower volumetric weight. They are positioned as portable, discreet, and easier to store, making them ideal for customers with limited space. For B2B buyers, this translates to higher profit margins per cubic meter in a shipping container compared to full-sized models.

To differentiate in the market, look for suppliers offering interchangeable head sculpts, adjustable eye colors, and wig variations. Advanced features like built-in heating systems, voice interaction modules, and customizable skin tones can justify a premium price point and increase brand loyalty.

Customs regulations for adult products vary significantly by country. Always use discreet packaging without explicit imagery or text. Ensure the HS Code (typically 9503.00 or 3926.90) is correctly declared. On Made-in-China.com, you can consult with experienced suppliers who provide 'blind shipping' or specialized logistics routes to avoid seizures in conservative regions.

Request a pre-shipment inspection (PSI) focusing on the seams (mold lines) and the integrity of the internal frame. Ask the supplier to provide a video of the specific unit being posed to check for joint tension. Ensure the doll is cleaned and powdered with cornstarch before packing to prevent the TPE from sticking to the plastic wrap, which can cause permanent skin damage.

Use Secured Payment services provided by platforms like Made-in-China.com to ensure funds are only released after proof of shipment. Avoid direct wire transfers to unknown accounts. For bulk orders, negotiate a 30% deposit and 70% balance after the third-party inspection report is approved.

For small batches, Air Freight with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms is recommended to simplify the customs process. For large wholesale volumes, Sea Freight is the most economical, but ensure the supplier uses moisture-proof vacuum packaging and sturdy five-layer corrugated boxes to prevent deformation during the long transit period.
