Silicone dildo penis manufacturers

You must ensure the product is made of 100% Medical-Grade Silicone or Food-Grade Silicone. It should be BPA-free, phthalate-free, and non-porous to prevent bacterial growth. Request FDA or LFGB certification reports from the supplier to verify that the material is body-safe and hypoallergenic.

Focus on the Shore Hardness (Durometer); typically, a range of 20A to 40A provides a realistic balance between softness and structural integrity. For products with suction cups, verify the suction strength and base stability. If the product includes vibration, check the decibel level (should be <50dB) and battery capacity (mAh) or charging interface (USB magnetic charging is preferred for waterproofing).

For the US market, compliance with California Proposition 65 regarding lead and phthalates is essential. For the EU, products must meet REACH and RoHS standards. If the product has electronic components, CE and FCC certifications are mandatory. Always ask for MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) for shipping and customs clearance.

Inspect for parting lines (seams); high-quality molds result in nearly invisible seams, which prevents skin irritation. Ensure there is no 'silicone bleeding' (oily residue), which indicates poor curing or low-quality fillers. Request a boil test sample to ensure the product maintains its shape and does not emit odors under high temperatures.

Adult products can be sensitive in certain regions (e.g., Middle East or parts of Southeast Asia). Use discreet packaging and ensure the HS Code (typically 3926.90 or 9019.10) is declared accurately. Work with suppliers on Made-in-China.com who have experience with 'blind shipping' or neutral labeling to avoid unnecessary customs inspections.

Products with built-in lithium batteries are classified as Dangerous Goods (Section II of PI967). You must ensure the supplier provides a UN38.3 Test Report and a Lighter/Battery Declaration. For pure silicone items, air freight is standard, but for large volumes, Sea Freight (LCL/FCL) is more cost-effective; just ensure the container is temperature-controlled to prevent silicone softening in extreme heat.

Always use Secured Payment services provided by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com. Never release the full payment until a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) is conducted by a third party (like SGS or Intertek). Focus on function testing, odor checks, and quantity verification during the inspection to mitigate the risk of receiving defective goods.

For custom colors or private labeling (OEM), suppliers usually require an MOQ of 500-1000 units. To reduce risk, negotiate a 'Sample First' policy where the sample fee is deducted from the bulk order. Ask for tiered pricing (e.g., 500, 1000, and 5000 units) to understand the manufacturer's margin and leverage a 10-15% discount for long-term partnership commitments.
