Sexy love dolls manufacturers

TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) is favored for its soft, skin-like texture and cost-effectiveness, making it ideal for entry-to-mid-level markets. However, it is porous and requires regular powdering to prevent oil leakage. Silicone is non-porous, more durable, and heat-resistant, offering a premium feel and easier sanitization, though it comes at a higher price point and is less elastic than TPE.

Buyers should ensure the doll features a stainless steel or reinforced aluminum internal skeleton with multi-axis joints to allow for a wide range of motion without metal fatigue. For high-end models, look for integrated heating systems and intelligent voice modules that are CE and RoHS certified to ensure electronic safety.

It is critical to request SGS or Intertek lab reports confirming the materials are phthalate-free and medical-grade. Since these products have prolonged skin contact, compliance with REACH (EU) or California Proposition 65 (US) is essential to avoid legal risks and ensure user safety.

Professional manufacturers on Made-in-China.com typically offer customization for eye color, hair style (wig vs. implanted), skin tone, and even body weight. For large-scale distributors, OEM services for unique face molds and branded packaging are standard to help differentiate your brand in a competitive market.

Customs policies vary significantly; for example, some Middle Eastern or Southeast Asian countries have strict prohibitions on adult-themed items. Always verify the HS Code (typically 9503.00 or 3926.90) with a local customs broker. Ensure the supplier uses discreet, neutral packaging without explicit imagery or text to facilitate smooth clearance.

Due to the significant weight (often 25kg–50kg per unit), Sea Freight (LCL or FCL) is the most economical choice for bulk orders. For faster turnaround, Sea-to-Truck (Matson/ZIM) services offer a balance between cost and speed. Ensure the supplier uses reinforced five-layer corrugated boxes with custom foam inserts to prevent skeletal damage during transit.

Utilize Secured Trading Services on Made-in-China.com to protect your payment until delivery. Always hire a third-party inspection agency (like V-Trust or QIMA) to perform a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) to check for skin tears, joint functionality, and electronic defects before the balance payment is made.

Focus on long-term partnership value rather than just the lowest price. Negotiate for spare parts kits (e.g., repair glue, extra joints, cleaning tools) to be included at no cost. For orders exceeding 50 units, aim for a 10-15% volume discount and request a 1-year warranty on the internal skeleton.
