Clear shampoo manufacturers

When sourcing anti-dandruff clear shampoo, prioritize formulations containing Zinc Pyrithione (ZPT), Climbazole, or Piroctone Olamine, as these are the industry standards for inhibiting Malassezia. For 'clear' formulations, ensure the supplier uses solubilizers that maintain transparency without compromising the surfactant system (typically Sodium Laureth Sulfate or Cocamidopropyl Betaine).

Buyers must ensure the product complies with regional cosmetic regulations such as EU Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 or US FDA VCRP. Request a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for every batch. It is critical to verify that the preservative levels (like Parabens or Methylisothiazolinone) fall within the legal limits of your target market.

To prevent leakage during high-pressure air or sea transit, specify induction foil seals under the cap. The bottles should be made of High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) or PET with a minimum wall thickness to prevent collapsing. Ensure the outer cartons meet ISTA 3A standards for drop-testing to minimize damage during last-mile delivery.

Clear shampoos require precise pH balancing (usually between 5.5 and 6.5) and the use of polymeric conditioning agents that do not cause cloudiness. If you require a specific viscosity, ask the supplier for the Brookfield viscosity parameters to ensure the product feel matches your brand positioning.

The main risks include customs seizure due to lack of ingredient transparency and leakage during transit. Always use Made-in-China.com's audited suppliers who provide Non-Hazardous Chemical Certificates to facilitate smooth customs clearance and avoid 'dangerous goods' surcharges.

Focus on the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for custom fragrances and packaging. Negotiate for free lab samples before mass production. For long-term security, use Trade Assurance or similar escrow services to ensure the final product matches the sealed gold sample approved during the development phase.

For cost-efficiency, Full Container Load (FCL) sea freight is the best option. If shipping Less than Container Load (LCL), ensure the supplier uses pallets with shrink wrap and corner protectors to prevent the weight of other cargo from crushing your bottles. Always confirm the Incoterms (e.g., FOB or CIF) to clarify where the risk of loss transfers.

Conduct a factory audit via a third-party inspection service or utilize the 'Audit Reports' available on Made-in-China.com. Never wire full payments upfront; a standard 30% deposit and 70% balance against the Bill of Lading (B/L) is the professional industry norm for mitigating financial risk.
