Best sex dolls for men manufacturers

When sourcing, you must choose between TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) and Silicone. TPE is more cost-effective, softer to the touch, and highly porous, requiring diligent cleaning to prevent bacterial growth. Silicone is non-porous, heat-resistant, and more durable, making it the premium choice for high-end markets, though it is significantly more expensive and less flexible than TPE.

Ensure the doll features a stainless steel or high-strength aluminum alloy skeleton with multi-axis joints. This allows for a wide range of realistic posing. Buyers should confirm the load-bearing capacity of the joints to prevent 'limb drop' or internal frame breakage during shipping or use.

Safety is paramount as these products have prolonged skin contact. You must verify that materials are medical-grade and phthalate-free. Request REACH or RoHS certification for the raw materials. For dolls with electronic heating or vibration functions, ensure they carry CE or FCC markings to comply with international electronic safety standards.

Professional suppliers on Made-in-China.com offer high levels of customization. Focus on implanted hair (rather than wigs), hand-painted skin textures (veins and capillaries), and articulated fingers. Request high-definition videos of the actual production unit rather than relying on rendered marketing photos to verify the realism of the facial features and skin tone.

Customs regulations for adult products vary significantly by country. Always use discreet packaging without explicit labels. Ensure the HS Code (typically 3926.90 or 9503.00) is correctly applied. Some regions have strict 'obscenity' laws; it is vital to consult with a local customs broker to ensure the product design does not violate local import prohibitions.

Due to the weight (often 30-50kg) and delicacy of the material, dolls should be shipped in reinforced, double-walled corrugated boxes with custom-fit foam inserts. For bulk orders, sea freight with palletization is the most economical, but ensure the container is temperature-controlled to prevent TPE melting or deformation in tropical transit zones.

To mitigate risk, utilize Secured Trading Services provided by platforms like Made-in-China.com. Never wire full payments upfront to unverified accounts. Use a 30/70 payment structure (30% deposit, 70% after passing a third-party pre-shipment inspection). This ensures the product quality matches the approved sample before it leaves the factory.

Negotiate based on volume and long-term partnership rather than just the unit price. Ask for tiered pricing (e.g., discounts at 10, 50, and 100 units). You can often negotiate for free value-added accessories, such as extra clothing, cleaning kits, or premium storage cases, which increases your retail margin without lowering the supplier's perceived product value.
